Charlemagne Border Region
The Charlemagne Border Region is a cross-border association of municipalities and regional authorities in the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The members are

- German-speaking Community of Belgium (B)
Charlemagne Border Region is committed to the (further) development of a common economic area in the border region of Parkstad Limburg, Aachen and the German-speaking part of Belgium. The primary topics for co-operation between the partners involved are therefore

- Economy
- Infrastructure/mobility
In addition, the Charlemagne co-operation structure serves as an important information platform in which the partners involved inform each other at an early stage about political plans and current developments so that these can be coordinated if necessary.
